1. PREFERENCES- set the checkIN window- do you need your sitter there promptly, or do you have some flexibility?
2. CALENDAR- click the day your pet sitter is to start providing care for your pet safety.
   
3. EVENT- choose what you want: reminder, checkIN, checkOUT- or all of them!
4. SHARE- scheduled care is confirmed automatically via an e-mail to your pet sitter or pet sitting service!
   

1. Your pet sitter arrives and calls to checkIN (toll free number) via your landline or any phone with your special code. 
2. Know how long they played with your pet via a second (checkOUT)call just before they leave.
   
3. All is recorded on your calendar, AND we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know your pet is safe and secure.
4. Pet sitter does not checkIN-We remind your pet sitter or pet sitting service then, if needed, activate your back-up plan (myPETZnet^TM) striving to keep your pet safe and secure.
   

Your primary pet sitter  or pet sitting service is, by default, the first person on myPETZnet™ list, so they always receive the first call. You are always the last person on the list, so you are automatically notified if no one agrees to care for your pet and you can work to provide your pet security and safety.

checkIN – your pet care provider calls us, or we
call them to ensure your pet's care,safety and security.  If your pet
sitter does not respond, myPETZnet™ goes into
action, calling your selected friends and family.  Pet safety and security in action!

checkOUT – you have the option to have your pet sitter checkOUT when finished so that you know how much time your pet sitter spent with your pet. This can be important if your  pet sitter is supposed to take time to walk or play with your pet.

• You choose who will be contacted.
• You choose the contact order.
• You choose the contact method.

• We will attempt to reach each myPETZnet™ member using the preferred contact method, until one of them responds and takes responsibility for your pet. Pet safety ensured.
• If no one responds, we will contact you so that you can take appropriate action. It's the security you need when you travel!

We recommend you use a landline for your sitter to checkIN™ for a number of reasons:

• We can then physically determine their location.
• If the electricity goes out for any reason, landlines (combined with the old-style corded phone) still work!  
• Landlines don’t need to be charged, and they can’t be forgotten…eliminate those excuses!
